Hats On Top is an imaginative 4 level course designed to engage early learners in the discovery of the world around them in English. The main characters in this course are the Hat people, a fun and friendly family who guide the children through their first encounters with the English language. The course builds on the world knowledge children have to develop language skills. The course comes with software designed to work on Windows 7.
